RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENT ON EFFICIENT MIXING MODES OF DIFFERENT FORMS OF WATER AND FERTILIZER

This paper proposes a fertilizer mixing device that combines pressure relief return and mechanical agitation to address the issues in current water-fertilizer integration equipment related limited methods inconvenient irrigation regulation. The employs different modes for various forms uses adjust pressure, thereby enhancing efficiency of optimizing energy consumption. experimental results indicate reflux mode is suitable liquid-type fertilizers which are fast dissolving easy diffuse, its EC value stable at about 6.60 mS/cm, close calibrated 6.80 mS/cm. stirring paddle compensates mode's weak effect, making it solid powder-type fertilizers' operation. remains approximately 8.60 mS/cm when 8.70 “stirring + two-way reflux” demonstrates most robust effect granular fertilizers. When 8.20 stabilizes calibration after 105 s. research provides technical support theoretical basis accomplish efficient, energy-saving, rational application across diverse forms.
